All orders are placed and
shipped immediately after the order is placed, therefore if you cancel your
order, restocking charges will be applied. If the product is refused or
returned these charges are subject to be the same. Customer is deemed to have
accepted the products unless written notice of rejection is received by
Eppler Company within 10 days of after delivery. All returns are subject to
manufacturer's review and acceptance of the return and are subject to
restocking fees. All product MUST be in
original container and packaging, and not installed under any circumstances
for the return to be considered. They must be in re-sellable condition.
Again, any returns are subject to manufacturer approval and only when we
receive credit will a credit be issued back to your credit card, less a
restocking charge. |
